With 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, they will develop spiritual formation initiatives and collaborate with staff and volunteers to build a strong church family.
COMMITMENT
This position offers flexibility to accommodate the right Worship Director’s situation. While designed as a full-time role, the church’s leadership is open to exploring part-time arrangements for someone deeply committed to the mission of this church, regardless of hours. The role requires a heart for ministry and engagement.
Weekly responsibilities include leading the church’s music ministry, equipping volunteers, and partnering with the Lead Pastor to design worship services. This position also involves supervising music staff, managing technical aspects, and creating new worship experiences for all ages.
