WSN CORE VALUES
Worship Support Network is a for-profit ministry that serves local churches and ministries, focusing on worship and preaching salvation exclusively through Jesus Christ, with the Bible as the supreme text above all other “church” texts. We adhere to a set of core values that guide our decision-making process, both internally and externally. These values shape our considerations when selecting clients to serve and when recruiting team members to join us in our mission.
What we believe
Our core values are defined by the Bible, which we believe is the word of God. We believe that all individuals are born with a sinful nature, and God sent his son to save everyone from sin and its effects. John 3:16,John 10:10, John 14:6, Rom 3:23, Rom 6:23, Rom 5:8, Psalms 139, Psalms 22:3,22-31. Salvation was given through the blood of Jesus Ephesians 2:13, Hebrews 10:19, Hebrews 12:24, 1 John 1:7, 1 John 5:6, Revelation 1:5 and anyone on earth receives salvation through faith in, forgiveness of sins, repentance, and actively following Jesus Christ, as outlined in the Bibles teachings Rom 10:9-14, Galatians 2:16 James 2:14, John 15:1-17, Hebrews 12:1-12, Matt 7:15-28. We believe that ALL individuals, regardless of their beliefs, are equally valued and loved by God. John 3:16-17, 1John2:2, Rom 5:8, Rom 3:23-24. Our mission is to support and empower ministries that preach salvation exclusively through the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Worship
We believe that praising/worshiping God through song is one of the ways of how to worship God highlighted in the Bible Exodus 34:14, Nehemiah 9:6, Psalm 29:2, Psalm 86:9, Psalm 100:2, Psalms 150, Psalm 9:11, Psalm 28:7, Psalm 33:1, Psalm 40:3, Psalm 41:13, Psalm 72:19, Psalm 78:4, Psalm 89:5, Psalm 100:4, Psalms 113, Psalm 139:14, Psalms 148, Psalm 149:3, Isaiah 12:4, 42:10-12, Daniel 2:20, Daniel 4:34, Matthew 4:10, Luke 19:38-40 Romans 15:11, 1 Peter 2:9, Revelation 19:5. Additionally, God defines various other ways in which HE desires to be worshiped, as evidenced in passages such as 1 Samuel 15:22, Hebrews 13:15, Isaiah 58, Hosea 6:6, Micah 6:6-8, Matthew 7:21-23, John 4:23, John 13:34-35, Romans 12:1, Hebrews 12:28, Rev 7:10-12, Rev 15:2-4, Rev 19:1-4, Rev 4:8-11. Our belief is that churches and believers who claim to follow Jesus should worship him according to his own definition of worship, rather than imposing their own preferences on how they want to worship him. Matthew 7:21-23
We believe that worshiping God the way He desires, changes things Isaiah 58:6-14

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, as permitted under U.S. law, including the First Amendment. We hold that ALL people need Jesus and that the church comprises imperfect individuals. That said, we will not knowingly support any ministry that promotes or affirms conduct the Bible identifies as sin Romans 1:18-32; 2 Peter 2:20-22; Matthew 12:31-32.
We aim to recruit team members who share our core values and possess at least two years of church service experience, enabling us to deliver expert service rooted in their proven expertise and alignment.
We maintain a firm policy against hiring anyone with a history of sexual predation, fostering a safe environment for our organization and those we serve. To uphold this, we conduct initial background reviews on all candidates and pursue further inquiry if discrepancies arise.
COMMUNICATION
We believe communication is a two way street. WSN will always do our very best to communicate thoroughly, and will only be able to serve our clients as well as they communicate back to us
We value ALL feedback about our app, site, agents, and clients. We strive to use that feedback to both address concerns and become better at serving our clients in the future.
Our services are built upon the foundation of strong relationships with our clients and our team, which consists of individuals. As a company comprised of people, we strive to approach each situation with the utmost care, taking into consideration both the entity and the individuals involved. We understand the importance of addressing the needs of both the organization and the individuals associated with it.
EXCELLENCE
We are dedicated to serving churches of all disciplines, budgets, skill sets, and ministry seasons. Our goal is to provide our clients with exceptional skills, effective communication, and unwavering dedication. We strive to meet each client’s specific needs and preferences, tailoring our approach to ensure a personalized and satisfactory experience for every client we serve. Col 3:15-17
INTEGRITY
We highly prioritize honesty, taking ownership of our mistakes, rectifying them, and continuously striving for excellence in our service delivery. We believe that maintaining a strong sense of value in our relationships can only be achieved through open and effective communication centered around these principles.
Our protocols are built upon more than a decade of experience working with ministries and contractors. We require all individuals, including team members and clients, to review our onboarding material and become familiar with our protocols. In the event of any unintentional or intentional deviations from these protocols, we strongly encourage open communication. By promptly notifying us of any missteps, we can work together to reintegrate them into our established protocols. This proactive approach ensures a cohesive and compliant environment for all parties involved.
COMMUNITY
In 1 Corinthians 12, 1 Corinthians 14:12, 1 Corinthians 14:26, Ephesians 3:10, James 5:14, Colossians 3:15-17 the Bible emphasizes the importance of individuals operating within the context of the church body. We share the belief that each person is called to be a part of a church community, as it fosters growth and accountability that we consider essential for a thriving Christian life. While our main operation is contracting, we feel that it is immensely important for our team members to have a home church, and we encourage them to prioritize their churches needs.
In addition to having a home church, we aim to foster a sustainable, healthy, open, and engaging community within WSN. This community serves as a foundation for our team members and their churches, providing support, connection, and resources to maintain discipline. We prioritize creating an environment where individuals can thrive, feel a sense of belonging, and receive care. By nurturing this community, we strive to promote collaboration, productivity, and overall well-being among our team members.
EXCEPTIONS
In accordance with US law, we strictly adhere to non-discrimination policies. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetic information.
While it is our general practice to prioritize contractors with a minimum of two years of experience serving in a church setting, we do recognize that there may be exceptional cases. In certain instances, we may consider individuals who possess extensive experience in their respective professional fields, despite having less than three years of church-specific experience. We approach these situations with careful consideration, taking into account the unique qualifications and expertise that these individuals bring to the table. Our ultimate goal is to ensure that we engage contractors who can effectively contribute to the success of our projects while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
COURSE CORRECTION
WSN is dedicated to ensuring that all team members and clients align with our core values. In cases where there is a deviation from these standards, whether intentional or unintentional, we will make every effort to course correct. We will exhaust multiple attempts before ultimately deciding to remove someone from our community.
Consistent failure to uphold our core values may lead to the removal of a team member or client from the WSN family, resulting in their inability to utilize or participate in our community and services.
In the event that a team member or client consistently engages in dishonest conduct, exhibits predatory behavior, or persistently fails to adhere to the stipulations outlined in WSN’s terms or contract, we will promptly initiate measures to terminate their association with our organization.
