QUalifications
We are seeking a seasoned worship leader with experience guiding congregations in Christ-centered worship. The ideal candidate will have a shepherd’s heart, strong communication skills to encourage the church body, excellent work ethic, organizational abilities, and a passion for developing and discipling others on the worship team and throughout the congregation.
This role suits a worship leader called to join a growing church plant in a core leadership position, with a desire for future eldership. No formal education is required, but substantial hands-on experience is essential. Key skills include planning worship sets, effective team communication, overseeing scheduling and preparation, and basic AVL knowledge for Sunday setup and teardown.
COMMITMENT
Seeking a part-time worship leader for 10-20 hrs/week in our growing church! Join Tuesday staff meets (2 hrs), Thursday rehearsals (5:30-7:30pm), & Sunday worship at 10:30am (8am call). Flex remote prep fits bivocational worship leaders perfectly!
