This Church seeks a worship leader to guide, planning, and team growth. Responsibilities include managing FOH, Video, Lighting, scheduling, rehearsals, and creative service planning. QUalifications
The ideal worship leader will embody personability, team collaboration, and a visible walk with Jesus. They should be humble, Spirit-filled, and attuned to the Spirit’s guidance, with a servant’s heart dedicated to both our team and congregation.
We use MultiTracks with Playback and have an established worship team seeking leadership. Education, experience and training in worship and ministry is advantageous, as we seek someone capable of inspiring, guiding, and having fun with our worship team to enhance our worship experience.
Logistics
The majority of this role would be in person during the Wednesday rehearsal @ 06:30pm and Sunday services from 7:00am-12:00pm. The rest of this role would have 2-3 hours per week dedicated to prep, development and documenting best practices, and training discipling/training the team.
