Invoices & Fees Are Getting A New Look
Each year we've consistently faced with the pains of rising costs and the changing “going” rate for services. Consequently, we’re then faced with the decision on how to meet these challenges without simply raising our prices as any other organization might do. I wanted to take a moment and share with you how we are currently stewarding the finances of this ministry so that you can be aware of all that we’re doing to keep our costs as affordable as possible and easy to understand for everyone we serve.
As you may know, each church receives a custom estimate for each position we offer based on the number of services they have, their preferences & standards, and whether they need long-term or short-term care. We have found that the long-term/short-term variable can be confusing - so we have decided to do away with it all-together. Likewise, we have consolidated all the various fees and administrative costs into one, simple “Booking Fee”. Lastly, by popular request, we will run invoice payments automatically by charging your credit card on file. Thus, no more late fees.
BELOW IS A SUMMARY OF UPDATES AN EXAMPLE OF HOW IT WILL APPEAR ON YOUR INVOICES:
We Are Not Raising Prices To Start 2019 (though some fees may look different depending on the Church)
No More Short-Term/Long-Term Pricing
No More Accidental Late Fees: Credit Cards Will Be Charged Automatically on Fridays for any unpaid invoices. (But you can still pay online earlier should you so choose)
All Fees Will Be Consolidated Into One, 15% “Booking Fee”
Invoices Will Now Come With A PDF Attachment For Your Own Records
New Fee Structure will begin for projects on 7 January, 2019
